1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Dailysparq subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at help@dailysparq.com. Once your cancellation is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point it will automatically terminate.
No Pro-Rated Refunds
Please note that Dailysparq does not offer pro-rated refunds for canceled subscriptions. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

2. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By not canceling before the renewal date, you agree to allow Dailysparq to charge your payment method for the next subscription term.

3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:

1. Online: Log into your Dailysparq account, go to your account settings, and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
2. Email: Contact our support team at help@dailysparq.com with your cancellation request. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a brief explanation of why you’re canceling.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact us to ensure that your request has been received.

4. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Dailysparq services until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your access to the service will be terminated, and your account may be archived for record-keeping purposes.

5. Reactivation
If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. Please note that subscription fees may have changed since your original subscription.
6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Dailysparq reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
