Payment Information
1. Subscriptions: Dailysparq offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.
2. Billing: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis, according to the terms specified at the time of subscription.
3. Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified in the specific terms at the time of purchase.
4. Changes to Fees: Dailysparq reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
5. On-Time Payment: You hereby authorize Dailysparq to charge your payment method, in advance, for the amount of your regular subscription fees, inclusive of any and all Services that you have signed up for (collectively, “Subscription Fees”), for each agreed term of your selected subscription term. You hereby authorize Dailysparq to modify the Subscription Fees charged for a selected subscription term upon thirty (30) days’ notice to you sent by email to the address provided on registration. The Subscription Fees, when paid, are non-refundable and accrue on the first day of each term or successive renewal term until canceled, regardless of whether or not you actually use the Site or the Services. Various Services on the Site, whether offered by Dailysparq, third-party service providers, or others, may require additional fees or charges not included within a subscription.
6. Payment Methods: You agree to provide necessary personal information for the purposes of processing payment for a Dailysparq subscription. Dailysparq may use third-party service providers for payment processing. In such cases, the third-party payment processor’s terms and conditions apply. Please review these third-party terms and conditions before completing payment.
7. Subscription Term; Auto Renewal: Subscriptions are normally assessed on a monthly or annual basis, but other Services and their respective billing arrangements may be made available at Dailysparq’s sole discretion. The Subscription Fees are calculated from the day upon which your paid Subscription commences. From time to time and at its sole discretion, Dailysparq may offer different subscription terms on its Site, and the fees for such subscriptions may vary. The term of your access to the Site, Services, and Content is based upon your express agreement and adherence to these Terms and to your fully paid subscription and/or other fees. Your subscription to the Site shall be for the initial term (e.g., monthly or annually) as may be agreed upon through online registration and shall automatically renew for indefinite successive renewal terms for the same period as the initial term, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
8. Cancellation: Either Dailysparq or you may cancel your Subscription at any time for any reason (unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotional offer). In the event of cancellation by Dailysparq or by you, all fees due to Dailysparq up to the end of the then-current term billing cycle at the time of cancellation shall remain payable to Dailysparq. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, unless otherwise specifically stated in an applicable promotional offer. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Dailysparq through the end of your billing period. After the end of such billing period, your account will be archived, whereas then-current content will be available on a read-only basis, and no new content may be added.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Dailysparq are the exclusive property of Dailysparq. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Dailysparq is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delray Beach, Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
3. Notice of Dispute: In the event of a dispute, you agree to notify Dailysparq in writing at help@dailysparq.combefore seeking arbitration, allowing an opportunity to resolve the issue amicably.
